Mohamed Said is the Managing Director of MADKOUR Projects. Mohamed brings over 20 years of specialized experience in electrical engineering and large-scale project management. Since joining MADKOUR Group in 2015 as EPC Projects Director, Mohamed has been instrumental in solidifying the company’s reputation as a leading contractor across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.
Mohamed’s career is defined by his leadership of multi-billion dollar mega-projects, supported by a deep technical foundation in power plants and substations. A Cairo University alumnus with a B.Sc. in Electrical Power & Machines, he is also P2M certified by the Project Management Association of Japan (PMAJ), combining global management standards with optimum local execution.
As Deputy Managing Director, Nabil is recognized for his mastery of project management and complex supply chain dynamics.
An IPMA-certified leader, he seamlessly integrates technical oversight with strategic financial acumen and high-stakes negotiation expertise. Moving forward, Nabil is dedicated to institutionalizing operational excellence, building resilient, future-ready frameworks that drive sustainable growth.
Amin is a seasoned electrical and energy engineering leader specializing in infrastructure development, sustainable energy solutions, and large-scale national project execution. As Regional Director of Energy & Infrastructure Projects, Amin plays a pivotal role in modernizing MADKOUR's project delivery frameworks and institutionalizing a high-performance culture designed to bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and successful on-ground implementation.
His project leadership is centered on strategic execution and multi-disciplinary team management, ensuring that the Group's resources are optimized to support its rapid regional expansion across Egypt and beyond. In his role leading Infrastructure Projects, he successfully oversaw the delivery of landmark national initiatives, positioning MADKOUR as a trusted market leader in Egypt's energy and infrastructure sector. This operational excellence is supported by his foundational background in Electrical Engineering from Shorouk Academy and his extensive field experience across power generation, solar energy, transmission networks, and nuclear infrastructure, where he mastered complex project environments and large-scale operational delivery.
Beyond his executive duties, Amin is a dedicated advocate for engineering excellence and national development. He currently leads a team of over eight Project Managers, overseeing ten significant projects including the Toshka National Project, the Haya Karima Initiative, the New Administrative Capital, and the strategic nuclear power plant, where he fosters collaboration between technical teams, government agencies, and international stakeholders.
Amin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shorouk Academy and has completed advanced certifications including PRMG from AUC, a PMD Diploma, and IPMA Certification, providing MADKOUR with deep technical expertise and a rigorous approach to project governance and engineering innovation.
Mohamed Shaban is an experienced construction operations leader with over 14 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. As Deputy Construction Operations Director at MADKOUR Group, he oversees daily construction activities across the portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. He plays a central role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring project progress, managing resources effectively, and supporting operational decision-making at a senior level.
Mohamed brings deep expertise in construction operations management, project planning and scheduling, and the coordination of electrical, civil, mechanical, and MEP works. His ability to align technical execution with commercial performance and regulatory compliance makes him a trusted operational leader across complex, fast-paced project environments.
His project track record includes major national programs such as the Toshka Project and the New Delta Power Stations (ND 1, 2, 3, 8, and 10), where he led multidisciplinary construction teams and delivered measurable improvements in site performance, resource utilization, and project outcomes.

Randa Hussein is a highly accomplished project management executive with over 19 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale energy infrastructure across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Libya. As Energy Projects Management Director at MADKOUR Projects, she holds full end-to-end EPC responsibility for high-voltage substation, overhead transmission line (OHTL), and underground cable (UGC) projects — encompassing planning, engineering coordination, procurement management, construction management, testing, commissioning, and final project delivery across the Middle East.
Randa's technical and managerial expertise spans GIS and AIS substations at voltage levels up to 500 kV, EPC contract management, cost and schedule control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across major public utility clients. Her leadership is defined by a consistent record of delivering high-complexity projects with zero major delays and full compliance with quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.
Her project portfolio at MADKOUR Projects includes more than 19 major deliveries, among them the East Matrouh 500/220 kV GIS Substation and the Ayoun Mousa 500/220 kV GIS Substation extension for the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company; the JBB Ali 132 kV GIS Grid Station and associated OHTL LILO works for the Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC); the New Delta substation series (ND-1, ND-2, ND-8, ND-10, and NDHPS3); the Mazara Beni Suef 220/66/22 kV GIS Substation; the Alkayan 18 MW Solar Panels Project for the Engineering Authority of Armed Forces; and multiple OHTL and UGC programs at 66, 220, and 500 kV. She also brings extensive consulting experience from her tenure at Jawda Engineering Consultant Company, where she supported the delivery of over 24 projects in Saudi Arabia.
Randa holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering, both from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate, in addition to project management and planning qualifications from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
Mohamed Fawzy Elbassiouny is an accomplished engineering executive with over 14 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project portfolios across substations, infrastructure, water, and MEP sectors. As Projects Management Director at MADKOUR Group, he leads the full project lifecycle — from planning and engineering coordination through to execution and closeout — ensuring alignment between technical performance, commercial objectives, and client expectations.
As a member of the executive management team, Mohamed drives strategic project direction, oversees portfolio performance, and ensures effective governance and resource optimization across simultaneous large-scale programs. His expertise encompasses project governance, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination, with a proven ability to deliver results under demanding conditions.
His project track record includes landmark national programs such as the Toshka Agricultural Development Project and the New Delta Agricultural Development Project, along with major high-voltage substation projects including October 500 kV, New Administrative Capital (S2 & S3), Galala 220 kV, and Beni Suef, as well as substation and overhead transmission line works at 66, 220, and 500 kV levels and MEP projects for clients including Al Arish Cement Company.

As Cost Control Manager at MADKOUR Group, she leads the Cost Control department across a diverse portfolio spanning infrastructure, water, energy, residential, commercial, and administrative sectors — with oversight extending to major international projects in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Guinea, and Nigeria.
Shaimaa's distinctive value lies in her comprehensive, 360-degree view of the project lifecycle, having progressed from site execution and high-stakes budgeting through to senior controlling and managerial roles. She specializes in establishing robust cost-control frameworks, budget optimization, consolidated financial reporting, and market variable analysis — and is recognized for her ability to bridge technical execution with commercial performance at every stage of project delivery.
Her project portfolio includes landmark urban developments — among them R5 District, Capital Heights, Creek Town, Hyde Park, Sodic Villette, New Giza, Mivida, Palm Hills, and others — alongside Egypt's strategic national programs in energy, water, and infrastructure distribution under the National Land Reclamation Programs, and critical international energy expansions across five African and Gulf markets. Hassem Husseiny Farag is a senior engineering leader with over 22 years of experience spanning the technical office, detailed design, and construction management of power plants, oil and gas, industrial, infrastructure, and MEP projects. As Technical Office Director at MADKOUR Group, he manages all engineering activities across power stations, substations, overhead transmission lines (OHTLs), underground cables (UGCs), and infrastructure projects in Egypt and internationally.
Hassem brings a rare breadth of organizational experience, having held senior technical and engineering management roles at globally recognized contractors including Bechtel (USA), Orascom, Hassan Allam, Al Ghanim International (Kuwait), PGESCO, EGYPTROL, and Watco — in addition to his tenure at MADKOUR. Across these appointments, he has served as Technical Director, Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on project delivery across the full design-to-construction continuum.
In his current role, Hassem leads a multidisciplinary engineering team covering civil and architectural, piping, mechanical, electrical, and low-current disciplines. He is responsible for all basic and detailed engineering activities, as well as high-level technical consulting for the Group's most strategically significant programs. His leadership ensures the seamless integration of engineering, procurement, technical office, and site support functions — delivering technical excellence across MADKOUR's regional operations.
Hassem holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University (2004).
Mohamed Mahmoud Rabie is a seasoned health, safety, and environment (HSE) professional with over two decades of field and management experience on some of the region's most technically demanding energy and infrastructure projects. As HSE Manager at MADKOUR Projects, he is responsible for developing and enforcing safety management frameworks that protect personnel, assets, and the environment across the Group's active project sites in Egypt.
With a career built across major international contractors — including ALSTOM, DOOSAN, INITEC Energia, China Energy, Carlo Gavazzi Impianti, and DOOSAN Enerbility — Mohamed has led HSE functions on combined-cycle and supercritical power plants, nuclear power infrastructure, and smart distribution network projects totaling several gigawatts of installed capacity. His most recent assignment prior to joining MADKOUR was as HSE Regional Manager on the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant (4 × 1,200 MW), one of Egypt's most strategically significant energy projects.
His approach is grounded in a zero-incident safety philosophy, proactive risk assessment, and the development of a strong safety culture at every level of the workforce. He is experienced in coordinating HSE requirements across multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor networks, conducting compliance audits, managing emergency response programs, and delivering progressive safety training that builds long-term organizational capability.
Mohamed holds extensive professional certifications, including NEBOSH General Certificate, ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor (IRCA), OSHA Construction and General Industry Safety, NASP Safety Diploma, and Working at Heights Competent Person, among others. He holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from Helwan University.
Ahmed Hassan is a dual-qualified Civil Engineer and Lawyer with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing a rare combination of technical and legal expertise to complex, high-stakes projects across Egypt, the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. At MADKOUR Group, he leads all contractual and claims-related activities across the Group's diverse project portfolio, ensuring strategic risk mitigation and full contractual compliance from the bid stage through to project closeout.
His expertise spans contract management, delay analysis, forensic planning, and dispute resolution under internationally recognized frameworks such as FIDIC. A certified arbitrator and procurement specialist, Ahmed advises board-level stakeholders on commercial strategy, risk exposure, and dispute avoidance — integrating legal insight with engineering rigour to protect the Group's interests at every stage of project delivery.
Ahmed has led contracts and claims functions on landmark projects across the region, including Qiddiya, the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), and Diriyah in Saudi Arabia, as well as major Egyptian infrastructure programs spanning World Bank P4R initiatives, electrical substations, and overhead transmission lines. He has a strong track record in preparing quantum and Extension of Time (EOT) claims, advising on legislative and exchange rate risks, and achieving amicable resolutions at dispute board level.
Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University, complemented by an MBA from ESLSCA Business School. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a CIPS Diploma holder in Procurement and Supply, and a Certified International Commercial Contracts Manager (CICCM). He is a registered expert arbitrator on the Saudi Council of Engineers' List C and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration

He holds a Master of Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at ESLSCA University. He is also a certified ISO Lead Auditor and Lean Six Sigma professional.
Mohamed El Bahar is a seasoned document management professional with over 20 years of experience in document control, data management, and operational excellence. At MADKOUR, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining structured document control systems that ensure compliance with international standards, improve workflow efficiency, and support the Group's operational performance across its project portfolio.
His expertise spans document control system design, process optimization, and digital transformation — with a consistent focus on enhancing information management practices to meet the demands of large-scale engineering and infrastructure programs. Throughout his career, Mohamed has played a key role in implementing document governance frameworks that support project teams across multiple disciplines and geographies.
Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has supplemented his professional knowledge through targeted certifications, including Document Controlling and Information Management at the American University in Cairo (AUC), Problem Solving and Decision Making with Logic Consulting, Fundamentals of Business Management at the American Chamber, and High Impact Presentations with Dale Carnegie.
